NodePoint starts at KSh 1,000 a month per module in Kenya ($8 a month outside Kenya) with unlimited users, unlimited devices and offline mode included. Each module is licensed separately, so you pay for the operations you actually run. Annual billing saves 17% and there are no setup, per-terminal or per-user fees.
Yes — the architecture is offline-first. Sales, restaurant orders and hotel check-ins are saved on the device first and sync automatically when the connection returns. Receipt numbers stay in sequence and nothing queued is lost.
Natively, two ways. The cashier can key in the confirmation code from the customer's SMS, or with your own Daraja credentials configured the checkout pushes an STK prompt to the customer's phone. Both attach the payment to its sale automatically and reconcile against your statement.
Yes. NodePoint files with KRA eTIMS through DigiTax, a KRA-approved eTIMS integrator: sales, restaurant bills, hotel folios and invoices are submitted as they settle, the receipt carries KRA's receipt number, signature and QR code, and voids and refunds file credit notes. Activation is per business from Settings — a setting, not a data migration.
Yes — it is a multi-tenant platform built for exactly that. Stock, staff and reporting are managed per branch with centralized control across the business, unlimited users are included on every licence, and coverage in Kenya is nationwide across all 47 counties. Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan are fully supported markets.
The platform runs on a modern Next.js and Supabase architecture with strict tenant isolation: each business operates in its own data space, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access and a PIN per staff member. Every change is recorded in an audit trail, and everything is exportable to CSV at any time.
Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan, with twelve currencies and VAT settings that follow the country you choose at setup. Billing is in Kenya shillings in Kenya and US dollars elsewhere.
Yes. Every account starts with a seven-day trial of the full platform and no payment is required. When it ends you keep full access to view and export everything; you subscribe to keep recording new business. Nothing is deleted.
